    The washer/dryer in our one-bedroom apartment was super convenient, great to pack light. The location is fantastic, just 4 minutes from taksim maydan and 7 minutes from taksim square. The staff was really helpful, especially yaseen and marwan, who assisted us with a late check-out.

    no complains at all, i totally recommend, enjoyed it. everything was superb, ideal location close enough to taksim square, the tram and istikhlal street and bus stop and taxi, attentive staff. i had brand-new room with luxurious bathroom.

    The GR1 Block One Bedroom Apartment was spacious. I loved the comprehensive daily cleaning service. The proximity to Taksim Square, just a 6-minute walk away, made exploring the city so convenient!

    I came here for 4 nights and had an enjoyable stay. The hotel was situated in the very central location in the middle of the city. The room was beautifully designed and included a refrigerator, an electric kettle, and a microwave oven. The staff were attentive, excellent.

    The apartment offered a solid selection of cooking facilities including pots and pans. Spacious and well-appointed, it became a comfortable home base for a family .

    Upon check-in, there was an unexpected room mix-up, trying to place guests in a smaller unit than booked. Issues with key cards persisted for two days, requiring time-consuming assistance to gain entry. The atmosphere suffered from lingering smoke odors in a non-smoking room, complete with ashtrays. The cooking hob showed notable scratches, raising concerns about deposit returns, reminiscent of car rental hassles.

    Really good stay near Taksim Square

    The spacious one-bedroom apartment was ideal for our family. Clean, modern, and well-equipped, it. Daily cleaning was a real treat, too!

    Despite that, it didn't detract from our overall experience.

    The staff's really good attentiveness made our check-in and check-out smooth, particularly thanks to Abdurahman and Hussain. While the location is convenient, a few days of stay revealed that the nearby pavements can be challenging, necessitating comfortable footwear. A surprise treat left for my daughter was nice.

    Very nice service with a warm atmosphere. The staff made sure we felt at home. Enjoyed the convenience of nearby shops and commercial services. Laundry and dry cleaning added to the ease of our stay. Daily cleaning kept everything immaculate.

    The walk to the nearby square could be improved. It felt a bit daunting at times.

    A modern apartment with great amenities. It had AC, a dishwasher, and a washing machine. Super clean and soundproof, perfect for a quiet stay. The staff, especially Mustafa, were very helpful. Easy access to metro and Istiklal shopping district. Definitely enjoyed the spacious layout and smart design.

    The room was exceptional and amazingly comfortable with a kitchen, a work desk, cable channels, and a dining area which were nice additions, plus the staff was supportive and I would definitely stay here again.
