i had a great time at garlon residence. the washer/dryer in our one-bedroom apartment was super convenient, allowing us to pack light. the location is fantastic, just 4 minutes from taksim maydan and 7 minutes from taksim square. the staff was really helpful, especially yaseen and marwan, who assisted us with a late check-out.

I loved the comprehensive daily cleaning service, which kept everything immaculate and provided fresh towels each day. The proximity to Taksim Square, just a 6-minute walk away, made exploring the city so convenient!

The apartment offered a solid selection of cooking facilities including pots and pans, making it easy to whip up meals when needed. Spacious and well-appointed, it became a comfortable home base for a family during their stay.

Upon check-in, there was an unexpected room mix-up, trying to place guests in a smaller unit than booked. Issues with key cards persisted for two days, requiring time-consuming assistance to gain entry. The atmosphere suffered from lingering smoke odors in a non-smoking room, complete with ashtrays. Additionally, the cooking hob showed notable scratches, raising concerns about deposit returns, reminiscent of car rental hassles.

A surprise treat left for my daughter made for a memorable touch, but a lack of breakfast options was noticeable during our time there.

A modern apartment with great amenities. It had AC, a dishwasher, and a washing machine. Super clean and soundproof, perfect for a quiet stay. The staff, especially Mustafa, were very helpful. Easy access to metro and Istiklal shopping district. Definitely enjoyed the spacious layout and smart design.

We loved our spacious one-bedroom apartment, and the daily cleaning was top-notch. The kids had a fantastic time. the only downside was the internet, which could use some improvement. Would definitely stay again!
